We provide a full range of support to help make later-life transitions as smooth and stress-free as possible. Our goal is to simplify what can often feel like an overwhelming process by serving as your trusted advisor every step of the way.
Senior Placement
We spend time with the client, getting to know them and their family to help them choose the facility that is the best fit; considering amenities, location, and budget. This service is typically no charge for the client.
Home Inventory
We offer clients an inventory of their home contents. It is a full scale report of the items (excluding jewelry or personal items) formatted with pictures, estimated weight, and general estimated values. This can be extremely helpful during the downsizing process and the distribution of items to family members.
$500 for up to 6 rooms
$800 for 7–9 rooms

Home Sales
Powered through Grit Realty, we offer full-service real estate services for the Greater New Orleans area (including investors for quick sale options).
Move Management
We help the seniors declutter and organize. We serve as a move contact, overseeing and aiding with the unpacking process, and room design/furniture placement in their new home.
We schedule movers, hire packers, and oversee packing and unloading. We also subcontract estate sales and repair companies, as well as arrange junk removal.
Included at no charge with a home listing
$600 flat fee (up to 8 hours) if not listing with us
$60/hour for additional time
